FAQ

Q: I took the Pearson BTEC Level 2 Certification: “Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver” and am working as a taxi driver. Is my accreditation genuine and am I properly qualified to work?

A: We are conducting a thorough investigation with the support of Pearson, the awarding body, and reviewing every learner’s record on a case by case basis. If you attended the course sessions and took the exam yourself without help from the course instructors, then it is likely that you will have a genuine accreditation. Once we have completed the investigation, we will be in a position to verify genuine accreditations. In the meantime, if you have any concerns please do contact us at support@vistatrainingsolutions.co.uk with your name and the date you completed the programme.

Q: I signed up for the Pearson BTEC Level 2 Certification: “Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver” and was told that I didn’t need to attend all the sessions or take an exam. Does this mean I do not have a genuine certificate?

A: It sounds as if you may have been a victim of The London Language Company and you may not have a genuine accreditation. We are conducting a thorough investigation with the support of Pearson, the awarding body, and reviewing every learner’s record on a case by case basis. Please contact us at support@vistatrainingsolutions.co.uk with your name and the date you obtained your certificate. If your accreditation appears to be questionable, we can help you to retake the programme and obtain a legitimate certificate.
